As of August 2026, NYSACAC has transitioned to a new communications system: Glue Up.
Glue Up hosts the organization's website, email communications, events registrations, and member portals. There is a lot of new functionality available and we are excited to take advantage of all Glue Up has to offer!
Your new Glue Up NYSACAC account looks and functions a bit differently, so please read below for some tips and tricks on how to make the most of your account, as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
- Registering Your Account

Please note that you will not be able to renew your membership or register for events until you have activated your account, so do this step first!

- Managing Your Membership
- Not a member yet? To apply for membership, please review the options on this page and select the one that best fits your professional role.
- To renew an existing membership, please log into your Glue Up account and select the "Membership" option on the left-hand side. This section of your account will prompt you to renew, if eligible.
- If you are a college, high school, or community-based organization member, the primary member for your organization must renew the organization's membership. If your primary member is no longer working at your institution, please email nysacac@nysacac.org and we can easily update this information.
- As a primary member, you also have the ability to manage the other members linked underneath your organization. The number of included member slots depends on your member type; in your Glue Up account, you will see a "member limit" that shows how many slots you have used. For example, it may say "2/2 members" or "3/5 members."
- If you have available member slots, you may invite a new person to join your organization's membership by selecting the "add a member" option and inputting their first name, last name, and email address. This new member will receive an email inviting them to set up their Glue Up account.
- If you don't have available member slots and would like to add more, please select the option "increase member limit." This will prompt you to pay for the additional slots, after which you will be able to invite the new members via email.
- Please note: during the renewal process, you can remove linked members, but you cannot decrease the number of member slots you have purchased. If you wish to decrease your number of slots (i.e. last year you paid for 15 members, but this year you would only like to pay for 12), please email nysacac@nysacac.org so that we can adjust your invoice.
- Glue Up's Social Community
- One of the best new features of Glue Up is the social community. Once you log into your account, you will notice a social media type profile very similar to LinkedIn. You can use this area to connect with other members and post information relevant to our profession. NYSACAC hopes to use this functionality more in the future, so please keep an eye out for more information!
